This is the truck of Mat & Jo from NOR11 on standby over night in Preston!
The start of November saw Norwest deploy a night shift on Urgent Care for the first time. A change from our usual ‘day shifts’ has brought with it new operational challenges. Challenges that we are pleased to say we have quickly overcome. Two weeks in and the team have been fantastic in adjusting to the new shift times.
We are still just a little unsure what time they eat breakfast
